Check the power supply, network, and software versions first. Record current imaging and filter values before changing them.

Camera hardware

Possible cause The supply voltage is unstable. Resolution Use a 24 V DC / 2 A power supply.
Resolution
  1. Check network bandwidth usage.
    2. Confirm that the power supply meets the camera requirements.
Resolution
  1. Check the IO wiring.
    2. Check the function cable.
    3. Confirm that the firmware supports the requested function.
Possible cause The network connection is abnormal. Resolution Check the network, adapter, and switch for faults or filtering.
Resolution
  1. Check that the baud rate and CAN ID match.
    2. Check the CAN wiring.

Host software and imaging

Possible causes
  1. The firewall is enabled.
    2. The adapter and camera are on different subnets.
    3. The switch is filtering the traffic.
    4. The computer network is abnormal. Resolution
  2. Disable the firewall.
    2. Set the computer and camera to the same subnet.
    3. Check the switch.
    4. Test with another computer.
    5. Configure multiple subnets if required.
Possible cause The camera is falsely detecting another camera. Resolution Stop the stream and disable multi-camera mode in 3D Settings. If required, change the algorithm mode to disable multi-camera mode while disconnected.
Possible cause The host software version is incompatible. Resolution Update to Lanxin-MRDVS-1.3.66.0606 or later.
Possible cause The camera and computer are on different subnets. Resolution Configure the camera and computer on the same subnet.
Possible cause Multiple users are connected to the camera. Resolution Allow only one user to connect at a time. Versions 2.4.50.0720 and later support multi-user permissions.
Possible cause Multiple processes are connected to the camera. Resolution The first process to open the camera has primary permission and must start the stream before a restricted-mode process can view it.
Possible cause Exposure is too low or filtering is too aggressive. Resolution
  1. Check High Exposure; a typical range is 600–1200.
    2. Check Low Signal Threshold; a typical range is 10–30.
Possible cause The laser is weak or off. Resolution Use a phone camera to inspect the front of the camera. If the laser is off or weak, replace the camera hardware.
Resolution Check the imaging environment, exposure, and filter settings. If the issue persists after confirming the configuration, collect a log and sample data for analysis.
Possible cause Glare. Resolution
  1. Enable glare-optimization processing.
    2. Increase Low Signal Threshold.
Resolution Replace the camera hardware.
Resolution Replace the camera hardware.
Resolution Increase the denoising and smoothing levels in the filter settings.
Possible cause The software version is incompatible. Resolution Update the software. Download releases from the Camera SDK GitHub repository.
Resolution Replace the camera hardware.
Possible cause Glare. Resolution Enable glare optimization. Black-object detection may become incomplete.
Possible cause Glare. Resolution Enable glare-suppression processing.
Possible cause High-exposure mode is enabled. Resolution Set the ToF register 100130B0 to 240.
